Support any S3 provider instead of just Minio

Hi guys

Congratulations on v1.0.

Regarding storage, is there a reason why Minio is the only supported S3 provider? I (and I think many others) would be interested in using OpenCloud with Cloudflare R2. I realise some people will prefer to self-host storage for privacy reasons but the choice of provider should really be up to the user.

Also, Minio have made some very questionable licensing changes (again) so I don’t think vendor lock-in is a good idea.

This is a misunderstanding. Every S3 compatible Storage should work.

@micbar Ah ok, that's great then! May I suggest updating the docs. At the moment it says Decomposeds3 is a storage driver for OpenCloud that uses MinIO so it really reads like it's a Minio-only integration.
