Only store 7 days of batches

Currently all batches in s3 are version controlled, and we have 1 TB of data.

We could

• add new s3 bucket, uk-development-pvnet-app
• add lifecycle rule of 7 days

Could also

• remove version in that bucket,
• Start saving old versions, but add lifecycle rule

Ive turned off version on s3://uk-national-forecaster-models-development/ manually

Will now add lifecycle rules too

Ive delete the files, which should delete all versions of the file too. Ive done this on dev and need to do this on production

Deleteing the main file didnt work, when a new file is made, all the old versions are back there

Deleted about 3 TB
