Warning if no data

## Detailed Description
Should we make a warning if there is no Passive data. 
We could do if no passive data 

## Context
Passive data comes in 5 mins chunnks

## Possible Implementation
- Warning if no passiv data in 30 mins
- Do not, lets just keep a warning. But we could do an error after 1 hour if we wanted. 
- Automatically resolve when data comes back online
