Primary link to OCDids?

Hi there,

In the documentation, we're noticing that there are two ways to retrive OCDids for the U.S.

Asking for the group replacing Google Civic Information API

Here is the 1st link:
This includes .csv files by state

Here is the 2nd link:
This appears to include all ocd-division-ids.

Is the data the same? If not, in what ways is the data different and which of these two links contains the most up-to-date and complete information?

Both should have the same set of identifiers. The identifiers/country-xx.csv files are generated from running scripts/compile.py which combines all of the data from the files in the corresponding identifiers/country-xx/ dir.

You should generally prefer to use identifiers/country-xx.csv as the source of OCD IDs since this will have rows deduplicated and will give you a consistent set of columns for that country.
