My phono not change usb to trasfer/android auto

When I connect my phone, the USB does not change to transfer files/Android auto.
I think I have to change a command line.

The whole phone is in developer mode.

Phone: Honor magic 4 lite
Rasp: 3 plus
Screen: Rasp 7"

Sounds like an incorrect cable to me. You want to use a data (or sync) cable; not just a charging cable
