ARM64 Support?

Would it be possible to add arm64 as an architecture target?

My use case requires that I use arm64 images on Raspberry PI 5. Is there an easy way to build on arm64 today?

I've added a very rough build wiki page. I've been building on my pi5 using bookworm arm64. I just pasted my build notes into the wiki page so its more of a WIP.

Thank you Matt! I think I got caught up on building protobuf first, once I did that it built! I am curious if you have similar instructions for building OpenAuto on ARM64 😬
