Possibility of working with upstream releases?

I've sorely missed openauto/aasdk on my regular Linux desktop/laptops. Was great fun building out hardware for this use case and giving it some new life.

As in the past, this continues to have issues with upstream boost.

I'm happy to help test any changes, but understanding boost itself is a bit past my level of understanding.

Try this.

git checkout -b newdev
git branch --set-upstream-to=origin/newdev newdev
git pull

mkdir protobuf/build
cd protobuf/build
cmake ..
make
sudo make install


cd ../..
mkdir build
cd build

cmake ../
make
sudo make install

aasdk doesn't seem to be compatible with Boost 1.87, as it has some breaking changes (removing some deprecated things aasdk used). I managed to build with 1.86 fine.
