Tutorial of RhizoDep

It would be nice to have a tutorial that reproduces at least one simulation of rhizodep.
With its visualisation.

@frees86 : Does scenarios need to be moved in a specific folder?

@pradal: I believe that the 'scenarios' folder with its Python scripts inside should be moved either in rhizodep/src, or even outside src. What do you think? run_scenarios.py (inside 'scenarios') being the main and easiest way to run RhizoDep.

Sure. Move scenarios into rhizodep/tutorial
I think tutorial is more common than scenarios.
And replace run_scenarios.py by run.py
