Eval for gpt-4 and unidiff

this on is becoming clear to me, gpt-4 needs to be really good at generating unidiff format diffs when working with code? there comes a point where cut/paste becomes impossible?

i find myself in a bit of a quandary. in order to create the unidiff eval, don't i need access to the gpt-4 api?
