Have the invites gone out for GPT4?

This was my pull request and wanted to check I haven't somehow missed an email. If not, do you know when this is gonna happen?

I have GPT-4 as I paid for chatGpt but GPT-4 API is not available in the playground.
Probably I have to pay-as-you-go in my OpenAI account. ?
