Support multiple GitHub organizations

In Codex GUI you are supposed to be able to "add GitHub account" but if you already connected one, this function does not work. You would need to disconnect your first account (which causes that you loose the tasks history and archive) and connect to another account. Me as a consultant need multiple accounts for my different customers.

I’ve encountered the same issue. As a consultant working with multiple clients, I need to be able to manage tasks across several GitHub accounts. Unfortunately, the current implementation of Codex only allows a single active GitHub connection at a time.
