Is it possible to make a pipeline for models from user's direct connections?

The admin normally uses an api key and defines the available models, the pipeline filters then apply to those models.

There is an option for each user to bring his own inference api keys and define his own models. However, the pipeline filters don't seem to be working for those models. How to make a pipeline filter for a model that is from user's direct connections?
