Version bump request: azure-core-tracing-opentelemetry

There’s a fix in azure-core-tracing-opentelemetry ( Azure/azure-sdk-for-java#42548) that sets az.namespace early so sampling can use it. Current version (1.0.0-beta.49) predates this.

Could we bump it to the latest version?
