Custom Implementation of oteljavaagent Not Working（otel.javaagent.extensions）

Environment: JDK 8

Objective:
I want to enable a custom implementation that I have created for the oteljavaagent.

Current Situation:
I have applied it to the actual application, and while the oteljavaagent itself is functioning correctly, the customized part is not working. I have embedded logs in the custom implementation, but since they are not being output, I have determined that the customization is not functioning.

Inquiry:
Are there any things to be careful about or information that should be checked (such as version) when enabling a custom implementation?

I encountered the same issue. I injected the agent by setting the JVM parameters, but with the debug mode enabled, I didn't see the specific startup information. I have confirmed that the command was added.
The JDK version is 21.

What samples do you need? Please specify. At present, I have provided the JDK environment, JVM startup commands, log patterns, and dependent JARs. Following the steps on GitHub, there has been no response

I expected the trace ID to be output in the log, but it was not actually output. The value obtained by calling Span.current(). getSpanContext(). getTraceId() is "0000000 0000000000"

Step 1: Download JDK 21 from the Oracle official website and install it
Step 2: Build a Spring Boot 3.3.6 version application from the Spring. io website
Step 3: Run the application
PS:Opentelemetry-agent.jar is currently using the latest version of GitHub,the following is the JVM parameters I used in the idea
-javaagent:D:\opentelemetry-javaagent.jar
-Dotel.javaagent.debug=true
-Dotel.traces.exporter=logging

The current situation is that the agent is not yet effective

Your best bet on getting someone to look at this would be to provide a minimal sample that reproduces the issue along with any necessary instructions. With the provided information it is hard to guess what might be the issue.

I added the environment. I saw in the documentation that it supports Java 8 and later. I don't have any more information. The non-custom setup works fine, and there are no error messages. It seems that the custom setup is not being recognized properly, so I want to verify the accuracy of the configuration settings. I would also like advice from someone knowledgeable or anyone who has faced similar issues with custom startup.

This is a really annoying problem, it worked fine in the jdk8 environment before, but it won't work after replacing the jdk21
