Unable to launch the application on mac

What I have tried

1. Download spearmint 0.14.0-arm64 from the download page
2. Installation into applications
3. When tried to open spearmint, it returns the following message,
   “spearmint” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should eject the disk image.

Environment

1. OS: macos monterey
2. Processor: Apple M1 Pro
