Add SecretService constructor to reuse existing zbus::Connection

More advanced/involved users of zbus in their own applications might have existing connections that they want to reuse for performance, efficiency, or other reasons. We should support this use case instead of forcing every SecretService instantiation to create a new session bus connection.
