Is there any prerequisite regarding OpenSSH installation status?

Hello. As documented, experimentation with post-quantum algorithms involved in the TLS, X.509, S/MIME and CMS network protocols is possible, using OpenSSL 3 combined with oqs-provider. As for the OQS-OpenSSH snapshot release, it is documented for the relevant party as

• following an upstream version of OpenSSH; apparently the portable version.
• being intended to be used with a specific version of liboqs.

As it can be interpreted, OpenSSL is supposed to be pre-installed. However, unknown is whether OpenSSH should be pre-installed as well. I would imagine that when it is pre-installed, it must be uninstalled, and even then, assuming the operation was allowed by the system, if I had to guess, perhaps for OQS-OpenSSH to be operational. But is it?
