Release Cadence/New Release

Hey folks!

I was wondering what the release cadence was? More specifically, I was wondering if there could be a new release of liboqs-rust which contains #273 ? Thanks!

Thanks for the interest in liboqs-rust! The original author has moved on from OQS, and we don't have any Rustaceans on the team currently, so we don't have a release cadence per se. If you'd like to make a PR preparing a release (updating changelogs etc), I'll review it and publish the update to Crates.io when it's ready to go.

In general, contributions and help with maintenance are more than welcome 🙂

I haven't forgotten about this! Just ran into another issue. I'll want to push out a PR for that fix before opening the release PR.
