How to submit the result of ms_train&test?

When I normal training after test generated submission only 4M, and it can be submitted normally, but with multi-scale training & test generated after submitsion file has close to 26M, and submit will report an error, I tried to delete the txt prediction results lower than the set threshold of 0.4 prediction, but still have 16M, Has anyone had a similar problem or solved it?

seems like there is no ann file be created like .txt when I split ms_test
