Mmdetection + DVC

I have created a small tutorial showing how to use mmdet together with Data Version Control (DVC). This can help to increase the reproducibility of your experiments by:

• Track your dataset and annotations
• Track all your experiments and checkpoints as you do with git
• Control which hyperparameters are you modifying through the different run of your experiments
