AttributeError: module 'pkgutil' has no attribute 'ImpImporter'. Did you mean: 'zipimporter'?

I'm having trouble implementing installation from GET STARTED page.
I activated an conda environment and successfully get
pip install -U openmim
command done.

however I am having trouble installing mmengine when i run
mim install mmengien
It give me
AttributeError: module 'pkgutil' has no attribute 'ImpImporter'. Did you mean: 'zipimporter'?
this error.

Have the same issue and find this page. I solved it by updating setuptools with the command mamba update setuptools.
