Installation on Linux without conda

Hi
I would like to use a CNN for the purpose of action recognition, and i have a few questions regarding the process.

1. The repositories within the mmaction2 (circlesi, docker, requirements, tools, etc) are used for the environment, and later on i can also use the models suggested on the 'Model Zoo' section?
2. I am working with Linux, on a docker. I am using Visual code to connect my Linux computer with SSH. Do I have to use Conda, or is the Studio Code enough? Are there any differences in the installation process due to my use of Studio Code instead of Conda?
3. Is there a ready model to use that has already been through training? I haven't found such one on the 'Model Zoo' section.
