Support RTMPose on DeepFashion2 dataset

在 DeepFashion2 数据集上训练 RTMPose

Refer to deepfashion2](https://github.com/open-mmlab/mmpose/tree/main/configs/fashion_2d_keypoint/topdown_heatmap/deepfashion2)) and config](https://github.com/open-mmlab/mmpose/blob/main/configs/animal_2d_keypoint/rtmpose/ap10k/rtmpose-m_8xb64-210e_ap10k-256x256.py)) to create config of RTMPose on DeepFashion2

1. Train a RTMPose-m model on DeepFashion2, can keep the ckpt and log file.
2. Create a Pull Request to dev-1.x branch of MMPose.
