重构更新检测结果离线可视化工具

Currently tools/misc/visualize_results.py is still based on the 1.0 version of the visualization component and needs to be refactored and updated to fit the visualization component of the main branch. See the similar tool in mmdet.

目前 tools/misc/visualize_results.py 还是基于 1.0 版本的可视化组件，需要重构更新，以适配 main 分支的可视化部件。可参考 mmdet 中类似工具。
