Co-designing a "further skills for Researchers (end/or RSEs and/or RSE leaders)" module

@tobyhodges, @amangoel185 and many others in the friday co-working have been brainstorming training modules that might be useful and would link in well with the Seeds to Systems project. I would like to co-design this with The Carpentries if they're interested.

• Creating international diversity in your teams
• Pitching for funding to support your goals (relevant to your career level, e.g.)
  • convincing your boss to allocate budget
  • convincing your department or funders
