PiPy package targetcli-fb vs targetcli

Hello, it so happens that I uploaded https://pypi.org/project/targetcli-fb/ almost 5 years ago :)
If you want I can transfer its ownership to you on PiPy (or just delete it to free up the name), because I guess you might want the "-fb" name for targetcli package to match rtslib-fb and configshell-fb
