Update Organisations map to filter by type of engagement

Currently the data in the Organisations map is categorised by how the organisation is funded i.e. contents of the 'Funding' column in orgs.csv.

We want this to be categorised/coloured by the type of engagement the org provides instead i.e. the 'Engagement' column. There's a few ways to do this:

• Process the Engagement column so that each organisation has only one Engagement, then colour by engagement type. This is the minimum/MVP solution. This is not ideal because data is lost
• Add a Selector/ drop down to filter the data by Engagement type. This way organisations could still have multiple engagement types. This would be preferred, however not sure how best to implement this.
• Or another solution you can think of
