Add short channel cycle mode

There are conflicting requirements for automated testing and human facing usage when it comes to cycling channels. Automated testing should be done fast and require little in memory storage. Human facing channel cycling should allow a person to look at streaming data and see it affecting each channel for a perceptible amount of time. For this reason we propose that channel cycle mode should be split into two modes

• Short cycle (100 ms or shorter per channel)
• Long cycle (1 second per channel)
