can't docker compose up correctly

Hi, I'm a new hand about docker.
I'd like to do the task about pallet-defect-detection.
But when I tried command "docker compose up -d", it always can't complete correctly such like the attach picture.
It ran for a long time and didn't finish.
I just follow the step 1 according readme of pallet-defect-detection.
The values of parameters are reference examples except the HOST_IP.
Do I need to do something else?
