Some thoughts, defaults, and configurable things

Firstly want to thank you for some a fantastic package, I have just a couple of thoughts to share however.

A quick thing that's not to do with configuration directly is that it would be great if we could order these "directories" by alphabetical folder type ordering, similar to operating system style ordering, currently it's by ascending / descending:

The reason for this idea is to keep the order of the different log folders in a consistent order/position. It would be nice to perhaps have root/ (eg. the standard Laravel logs, eg. empty directory name) at the top or bottom, and then the rest alphabetically.

Next is some quick thoughts on things that would be handy to be configurable:

• For the above regarding the default 'order by' option, eg.:

'defaults' => [
    'folders_order' => 'asc', // asc, desc, alphabetical-asc alphabetical-desc
],

• Default theme. It's great that you set the default to "System", this makes sense. However in my admin section it has it's own adjustable themes, and it would be great if I could set a default in log-viewers config, but also I could modify this config on the fly in my own middleware so it's consistent with the rest of the application for the user, eg:

'defaults' => [
    // ...other defaults
    'theme' => 'system', // system, light, dark
],

Sitting on a page rather than it's own route:

• The ability to set a default boolean option for enabling "Shorter Stack Traces" eg:

'defaults' => [
    // ...other defaults
    'shorter_stack_traces' => true,
],

• And finally not a "default", but most channels/directories start with "root/", could we perhaps have a configurable prefix for these such as:

'root_prefix' => 'root/',

I am happy to help/implement these myself if you'd allow me to, but completely understand if any of these don't make sense to you or if you'd prefer to take a look at this yourself.
