How to open application after unzipping download

Im super green so if Im the one doing something wrong then please call me out. I downloaded zip windows cuda 12.4 and extracted and im not sure what application i had to open so I tried to open "download-model.py" file and got the error. Not sure if im opening the right file. I just dont know where to go to continue the process of getting to use the application. thanks!

Tried it didnt work, but i kept diving deep and i think my first problem i noticed is that "server.py" file is having error of no yaml and when i went deeper i think im supposed to use miniconda which has the pyaml and that might be what its looking for?? im still researching

It worked! Thanks, now i just need to figure out how to use a new environment in miniforge for text-gen, it just goes straight to the cmd terminal. ill put a new issue there if i cant find a solution
