Data loss following docker restart

Hi,
First of all, thanks for creating this project to deploy Ontoportal with docker.

I succeded on installing ontoportal on my machine (Linux - Ubuntu 22.04)
I've add one user and 3 ontologies, and it work fine.

But when I restart server ( by a ./ontoportal stop and ./ontoportal start), data was lost.

I think there are some problems with docker volumes.

Here my complete test.

./ontoportal start
localhost:3000/ > I add a user and an ontologie : ok after integration of data (5 min).
./ontoportal stop

If I make directly ./ontoportal start, I have a network error.

If I list containers

Tests to correct network error :

1. Recreate network with docker create network <id> : but after, when I make a start, I have a timeout (on web_ui)

2. docker system prune : and after this command, the server restart, but without data (only STY ontology, no user).

I don't find anything in logs (api or ui) about network error.

For information, after discussion with Daouda (Map Marseille), we have modified just some lines in run_api & run_ui scripts.
I prefer precise it to be clear about modification in our side, even if it's not concerned by our problem.

In order to keep docker-compose.yaml file in directory, we have commented lines witch download docker-compose.yaml at each setup ;

clean () {
...
#  rm -f docker-compose_api.yml >/dev/null 2>&1 // in order not to delete when clean (not nesessary)
}

setup () {
...
# eval "curl -sS -L https://raw.githubusercontent.com/$ORGANIZATION_NAME$COMPOSE_API_FILE_PATH -o docker-compose_api.yml" // not nesessary cause we keep it
}

But I think this update doesn't change anything concerning our problem.

We have also add "restart : always" on each containers, but that doesn't change anything about our problem either
