Need to do functional testing of all the APIs on a cluster. Use this discussion for the overall status of Functional Testing.

Tested VersionService in the following scenarios

• Providing a token
• Not providing a token

Without a token, this only provides the argocd version and provides much more detailed version information if called with a token.

• Providing a token
• Not providing a token

The token is not required for this service.
