Track the user who created an export

Suggested Feature / Enhancement

I want the ability to see who initiated the request for an export.

Perhaps this should extend to which user downloaded an export.

Benefits of implementing the feature/enhancement

Traceability of who created or downloaded data and act as an audit functionality on who has access to specific set of data.
