How can i run seqImmuCC using a custom signature matrix for mouse deconvolution? #176

Dear all,

i have been attempting to run seqimmucc using a custom signature matrix. In this paper: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10924280/ it is stated that such a feature has been implemented. Could someone be so kind and point me towards the correct resources? I have found seqImmuCC_LLSR here: https://github.com/omnideconv/immunedeconv/blob/master/R/seqImmuCC_LLSR.R but i am unable to run it.
