Retropie openomf installation script

I am interested in putting together a retropie installation script for openomf like they did with opentyrian.

Managed to track down the PR for it to use as a guide:

First draft is a mess but it runs.

Joystick worked fine but had to go into configuration to enable it. Pretty sure there is a way i can define a controller configuration menu in emulationstation/retropie.

You should be able to generate a config ini file on your own computer, and just copy that to a correct place on your device :)
