Migrate from legacy hosting_le to hosting_https #1319
Description
This is required step to move ahead with Let's Encrypt newer implementations, but so far https://www.drupal.org/project/hosting_https doesn't offer all features available in legacy https://www.drupal.org/project/hosting_le plus there is no zero-maintenance upgrade path available either. Still, we need to figure out how to make the migration possible without loosing functionality, without causing conflicts or broken web server configurations, and 100% automated.
