Add working (and easy) support for SimpleSAMLphp with Shibboleth SSO #1131

As with everything in BOA, we will not give up, until the feature works out of the box. You can see and experience how we did this in BOA for Redis and Let's Encrypt support -- It Just Works! Nothing to do, nothing complicated to understand, no patches to apply, no PHP or web server files to adjust. It just works.

Reading this type of docs I always wonder: why is it so hard and left entirely for the user to figure out?
I hope we can do better also for SimpleSAMLphp with Shibboleth SSO. At least, we should try, because we receive more and more requests to make this happen, with as minimal effort for the site admins, as possible.
