Port to SDL2 #2
Description
SDL 1.2 is obsolete, and using it is starting to become problematic. It also lacks support for some more recent targets.
Fortunately, this work has already been done in Kobo Redux, which (as of version 0.7.x) still retains most of the original internal APIs, so it should pretty much be a matter of grabbing that version of the engine.
