[Feature Request]: Full Screen button on toolbar

Describe your suggested feature

I tried using OpenComic with a stylus on my Windows tablet today. I noticed there was no way to exit full screen when using a stylus. One easy fix would be a full screen button in the toolbar.

In the reading, there's a switch in the three-dot menu to enable/disable full screen, although this switch isn't currently available from other parts of OpenComic.
