[Bug] Ctrl + SomeKey notworking in Japanese Keyboard

Describe the bug
Is Some Settings, Hot Key not worked.
I guess that this software does not appear to support Japanese keyboards.
Working: Ctrl+1
Not Working: Ctrl+@, Ctrl+\

To Reproduce

1. Open Ueli Settings.
2. set hotkey Ctrl+@, Ctrl+\

Expected behavior
Ueli toggle by Hotkey.

• OS: Windows 11 Pro Japanese
• Version [e.g. 9.0.0]
• Japanese Keyboard layout
• I change Keycode by changing repository.

I'd not understand the cause of the bug because the environment is different.

However, I note that the subject character tends to cause problems.
This is a historical story, not a direct solution to the problem.

About backslash.
The Japanese version of MS-DOS used "¥" instead of "\". These character codes were also the same, so they may still be treated as identical. This continues to occur in Japanese version of Windows.

About the atmark.
There are some differences depending on the keyboard layout.
In Japanese version of Windows, the character code changes depending on the connected keyboard. The code for symbol characters containing “@” is different for Japanese keyboards or US keyboards. In most cases, Windows converts them appropriately, but converts setting is also to disable it.

This means that it is inevitable that some characters will not work properly in some environments.
