[Bug] Ueli goes to top left-hand corner of screen after switch off monitor and switch on back

Describe the bug

Ueli goes top left-hand corner of the desktop / screen after switch off monitor and switch on back.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. My PC is already turn on
2. I simply switch off monitor
3. Switch on monitor
4. I invoke Ueli via Hotkey
5. Ueli would be positioned on the top left-hand corner of the desktop / screen

Expected behavior

I did not experience this behavior in Version 8
