Override TabLine Color

I am using transparent mode. But I would like to change color of TabLine, but for some reason my override inside highlights options is no applied. Is there a way to override TabLine colors?

It seems like I can't change TabLine color of any colorscheme. But If I run hl TabLine the color group has my color properties.

As far as I understood TabLine is the color group for opened/active buffer tabs. Maybe I just misunderstood this color group.
