It might already be supported given they're largely consistent with OpenAIs. Have you tried by extending the OpenAI or OpenAI Compatible adapter? |

A lot of people have been using openrouter, as it makes it fairly easy to choose different models and use several AI apps with one single API key. It'd be great to support it in codecompanion!
