Anthropic claude monthly plan

Hello, I was able to get the claude api working fine with code companion. But is there a way to log in and use the monthly plans, like with copilot? The API usage is really expensive compared to the $20/month plan for example, so I thought I'd ask.

My apologies if this has been asked before. I looked through a few threads but couldn't see it.

It would be an awesome feature. The Claude Code does that.

I highly doubt it. CodeCompanion has been built around calling an API

@olimorris I'll investigate how does it work but Claude Code may use an Authorization token retrieved by a login step before call the API. If the user sets up this authorization token and some way make it available by antropic.lua adapter I think it may work.

At present, claude code is also implemented through key, but it has limitations. The opencode project tries to simulate as claude code, and it succeeds
