Create a Gitlab Duo adapter

Hi, this is very cool plugin!

By compliance I can only use GitLab Duo at my company. There is an issue in GitLab to make it possible to use it with codecompanion, but it seems that they are looking for help.

I'd advise sending them the docs which highlight how to create an adapter. Depending on how they've structured their API, it shouldn't be too complicated
