Add a slash command to add the output of a shell command to the context

I would be very handy to have a syntax that allows the user to add the result of a given command to the context.
It is more robust that to rely on the @cmd_runner agent when you know what you need to insert in the context.

e.g.

/command `tree -L 2` 

[olimorris]

Pretty sure that exists already in the plugin with /terminal
