Hey, I write a companion extension for generating git commit message

Although coecompanion has the function to generate commit message, I need to copy manually every time, which is not very convenient.

Now I can use the new ui window to copy or submit directly, or generate message directly at gitcommit. I think this is much more convenient, and it can also configure generation in multiple languages.

Currently the plugin works, but I haven't finished unit testing yet, I'll try to add it to the community of the documentation later
