Feature request: an easy way to list chats

I would love a command to list all my open chats - perhaps giving them some text next to each one based on the last output, or ask the LLM to summarise the conversation so far into one sentence. If this used vim.ui.select it would be a nice way to list and navigate between them without having to go via the actions palette.

Also, one potential bug with the current chat history view: it always shows "no messages" next to each chat, even though there are messages. Not sure if I'm holding it wrong, but I can report a bug if this is unknown and not working as intended. Thanks!

I never got around to adding that in - I left it as something that the Community could contribute if ever it became an important feature for someone.
