Reorg and rebuild index recommendations #963
Description
The "best practices" of reorg at 5% and rebuild at 30% are no longer rerecommended by Microsoft. The link you provide in the instructions https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/relational-databases/indexes/reorganize-and-rebuild-indexes?view=sql-server-2017 explicitly states that you should not rebuild indexes based upon fixed fragmentation or page density.
